Traveling for the holidays is a chore in-and-of itself!  While I love traveling, it does take lots of planning and prep work to “do it right”. 😉  I’m far from an expert on this subject, but wanted to share a couple of tips for holiday travel with you in case you are jetting off somewhere this season!

1.  Wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off!  We all hate untying and tying back up our shoes when going through security!  And if you keep your shoes on during a long road-trip that’s just weird 😛 jk!  But seriously, slip on shoes are a must!

2.  Pack a large, warm scarf!  Can be used as a blanket or pillow!

3.  Pack in easy identifiable luggage.  Nothing worse than stressing at baggage claim because you can’t find your luggage!  How cute is this velvet duffel?!  It was the perfect carry-on for my recent trip to NYC!
