The best way for me to combat burnout is to just step away and enjoy life. Not to say that I’m burnt out on the blog or my full-time job at the moment, but I could feel myself getting very stressed and overwhelmed last week and wanted to avoid it. I have also been working on being more intentional in my prayer time and need to start praying for peace of mind. Staying off social media for a few days is always good too!
