So many of us try and start off the new year on the right foot with healthy eating. On January 2nd, after we’ve taken a full day to recover from the epic NYE parties ((where we were impeccably dressed I might add 😉 )), we head to the grocery store to stock up on lots of healthy protein, fruits, and veggies. We have all the best intentions until its mid-week, we forgot to pack a snack on the way to our 2nd jobs or to pick up the kids and BAM – we ruin our healthy habits and stop at a fast food place or gas station to grab a quick bite because we’re so hungry.
Juice Bar will be your new life saver in these situations! When I did Whole 30 a few months ago, Juice Bar was my favorite place to stop in between my full time and nannying job on the weekdays! I have also found that it’s a great place to meet up with friends that are also trying to #stayonthehealthytrain! Laura and I don’t have typically blogger coffee dates, in fact every time we have met up for come “blog talk”, it has been at a local clean juice place to grab smoothies! I just love her! So glad we have gotten closer over the last year!
