The transitional spring weather is seriously teasing me these days!  One day warm, and the next cold.  But I guess that’s typical spring weather.  More warm than cold lately though here in NC.  Ironically enough when I shot this outfit, my sister ((who was my photographer for  the day)) and I literally froze our booties off!  She had to go back in and get her gloves before we shot the next outfit haha!  We shot close to her apartment and then ran back into the heat as soon as possible.  Nothing like a little wind chill to motivate you to get the pictures done 😛

Spring is probably my least favorite season and I don’t get excited for it.  Seems like everyone is using the same line, “so over winter” in their recent spring themed posts, and to be honest I’m a little sad to see it go.  To be fair, “winter” in NC only has average low temperatures in the 30’s which gives me a slightly one-sided view of the winter season.  Bring on summer, but lets just skip spring, is that cool?  Alas, the season change is inevitable and its time for me to suck it up and work on those transitional spring outfits and help provide y’all with a little spring inspiration!  Hence why I am ranting about spring 🙂  So let’s talk about “how 2” dress for spring – Morgan style.  If you are like me and still holding on to sweater weather, then don’t ditch those sweaters just yet!  Just purchase ((or wear ones you already have)) in a “springy” color!!  The 2016 pantone colors of of the year are a light pink and a light blue – perfect for spring!!  The one I have on here is a new favorite from a new-to-me site romwe.com.  They are very similar to shein.com if you are familiar with that site.  To learn more about my experience ordering things from an oversee retailer, see this post.  And pull out those boyfriend jeans!

Thanks for stopping by!

    • I really love your honestly that you are sad to see winter go. I find that I happen to get excited about the upcoming season just because I find myself getting sick of one type of weather after a period of time. I love the back drop to these photos!
